The transition of an industrial enterprise to Industry 5.0 as an object of integrated management
Abstract
The article examines the transition of industrial enterprises from Industry 4.0 to Industry 5.0 as a controlled sociotechnical transformation. It is proved that Industry 5.0 develops the technological base of Industry 4.0 and rethinks its managerial purpose, increasing the importance of human-centricity, sustainability, resilience, environmental responsibility and the creation of social and economic value. Based on the analysis of scientific approaches, the key differences between Industry 5.0 and the technocentric logic of digitalization are revealed, and the main barriers to transition are identified. It is shown that the transition to Industry 5.0 is associated with a coordinated change in many subsystems of the enterprise. It is proposed to consider the transition period of an industrial enterprise to Industry 5.0 as an independent management object, characterizing the state between the formed digital base of Industry 4.0 and the creation of conditions for full-fledged functioning in the logic of Industry 5.0.
