JUSTIFICATION FOR ENHANCING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF COOPERATION BETWEEN STAKEHOLDERS AND THE NGO TEAM DURING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SOCIAL AND HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS

Abstract

The expediency of increasing the effectiveness of cooperation between stakeholders and the team of a public organization in the process of implementing social and humanitarian projects, as a model of cooperation that contributes to increasing the capacity of public organizations to provide high-quality benefits to beneficiaries, is given its own vision of building partnership relations. Theoretical aspects of establishing partnership relations were considered, modern forms and methods of cooperation were systematized according to the indicative principle and from the point of view of representatives of the social and humanitarian sector, business and government. The importance of non-governmental organizations taking into account the properties and factors of a wide network of relationships is substantiated. The conceptual principles of managing relations with business entities are highlighted for the purpose of their effectiveness for public sector organizations. The factors of internal and external influence that influence the development of a partnership network by public organizations and their impact on general activity are considered. The dynamics of changes in the number of social and humanitarian projects implemented by consortia of the Ukrainian public sector for the period 2020 – 2025 have been analyzed. The results of the 2025 and 2026 surveys were compared, which indicate that the level of partnership building in Ukraine is gradually increasing, although the rate of growth remains moderate. The activities of the NGO “Refulgence of hope”, their strengths and weaknesses of the organization in the vector of cooperation with key stakeholders were analyzed.The instruments of attracting new partners, which were mainly used in the activities of the non-governmental organization “Refulgence of hope”: forums, presentations of the organization’s activities, direct contacts, working visits, were identified. Opportunities to increase the organization’s capacity through the development of effective partnerships with state and non-state institutions have been identified. The place of Ukraine in the global sense of involving international partners for the implementation of social and humanitarian projects is assessed. The advantages of Ukraine in the implementation of social and humanitarian projects have been determined. It has been established that today the non-governmental organization “Refulgence of hope” plans to increase the volume of existing partnerships by signing Memorandums of Cooperation and including representatives of the organization in working groups at the local and regional levels, which work in the focus of providing social and humanitarian support to the population of Zaporizhzhia region.
