Abstract

LevelUp Club uses an AI structure that combines Large Models of Language with Social Learning Approaches to give each student personalized help. The sudden change in the job market has shown how bad customary career counseling is, leaving students in a "Guidance Gap." The software uses a mix of Google Gemini Flash 2.0, a 36-item RIASEC test, and a weighted algorithm that gives 40% to personality, 30% to skills, 20% to behavior, and 10% to goals to give very accurate job methods. Cosine similarity and K-Means clustering are used to make tiny networks that help peers learn from each other by connecting them to their goals. LevelUp Club is a fast and helpful way to move up in your career, with an 87% satisfaction rate and a 2.3-second delay.
