Abstract
This study aims to analyze the relationship and influence between virtuous leadership, represented by its five dimensions (courage, justice, moderation, humanity, and wisdom), and strategic reputation, represented by its five dimensions (work environment, social responsibility, citizen satisfaction, leadership, and creativity). The study's framework begins by identifying the research problem, which raises several questions about the nature of the relationship, influence, and contrast between the two variables: virtuous leadership and strategic reputation. To achieve this objective, a hypothetical framework was developed, comprising four hypotheses that were tested using statistical tools and the SPSS and AMOS statistical software programs. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach, and data was collected through a questionnaire distributed electronically via Google Forms to security personnel working in various security centers in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The study sample consisted of 147 respondents. Statistical analysis revealed positive and significant correlations and a significant impact between the two study variables: virtuous leadership and strategic reputation, at both the macro and micro levels. Based on these findings, the study offers several recommendations, including promoting virtuous leadership behaviors in security institutions by focusing on dimensions that demonstrated a positive impact on strategic reputation, while prioritizing the enhancement of courage and decision-making skills in the workplace. Keywords: Virtuous leadership, strategic reputation, workplace environment, social responsibility, citizen satisfaction, leadership and guidance, creativity.
