Vibration simulation and anti-vibration performance research of landing gear piping system
Abstract
A finite element model for the vibration analysis of the electro-hydraulic accessory piping system of a certain type of civil aircraft landing gear was established, considering the contact between the clamp damping steel plate and the damping rubber, calculating the contact stress, calculating the prestress mode, and calculating the vibration response of the system under sinusoidal acceleration load excitation. With the goal of reducing the maximum response stress, the influence of the elastic modulus and damping coefficient of the clamp damping rubber, the thickness of the clamp steel sheet, and the pre tightening interference of the clamp on the maximum response stress of the structural system were calculated and analyzed. The results indicate that there is an optimal value for the elastic modulus of the damping rubber, which minimizes the maximum response stress; The thickness of the clamp steel plate also has an optimal value to minimize the maximum response stress of the pipeline; The maximum stress in the pipeline occurs in the areas with large bending curvature.
