Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of 10th-grade students in Class X-E01 on the topic of Observation Report (LHO) texts through the application of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model supported by Padlet. This classroom action research utilized the Kemmis and McTaggart model and was conducted in two cycles, each comprising the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were 36 students of Class X-E01. Research data were collected through tests, observations, and documentation. The results showed that student learning outcomes improved from an average score of 66.28 in the pre-cycle to 75.81 in Cycle 1, and then increased to 83.44 in Cycle 2. Meanwhile, the learning mastery rate increased from 33% to 80.56% and 86.11%. Teacher performance and student activities also improved in each cycle. These findings indicate that the implementation of the TGT model assisted by Padlet can improve students' learning outcomes.
