Abstract
Simple Summary Non-clear cell renal cell carcinomas (nccRCCs) comprise a heterogeneous group of kidney cancers with distinct biological features and clinical outcomes. Prognosis varies substantially according to histology and molecular drivers. Historically, outcomes have been inferior to those of clear cell RCC because subtype-specific evidence has been limited. Immune checkpoint inhibitors, targeted agents, and combination strategies have improved response rates, but optimal management remains uncertain. Progress will depend on molecular stratification, subtype-specific trials, and integration of genomic and epigenomic insights to individualize prognosis and therapy.
This review evaluates biomarkers at three clinical decision points: characterization of an indeterminate renal mass; recurrence-risk assessment and adjuvant treatment selection after nephrectomy; and first-line regimen selection in metastatic ccRCC.

TFE3‐rearranged renal cell carcinoma (TFE3‐rRCC) is uncommon and encompasses biologically diverse tumors, while evidence to guide systemic treatment remains sparse. We examined clinical outcomes, treatment patterns, and molecular features in a multicenter real‐world cohort.

Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is a rare and aggressive malignancy with recurrence rates of 54–70% following curative-intent resection, even after microscopically complete (R0) surgery. In this review, we summarize the current evidence for adjuvant mitotane, platinum-based chemotherapy, and radiation therapy in resecte...

Current FDA-approved treatments for CCA include therapies targeting HER2, IDH1, FGFR2, and other key biomarkers, including therapies targeting HER2, IDH1, FGFR2, and other key biomarkers.

Endometrial cancers classified as having no specific molecular profile (NSMP) represent the most prevalent molecular subtype of the disease. In this review, we summarize the immunogenomic landscape and phenotypic features of NSMP endometrial cancer and discuss current and emerging therapeutic strategies, including endo...
