DFG-DETR: a real-time directional-aware and fine-grained detector for industrial defect detection

This work proposes DFG-DETR, a lightweight end-to-end framework designed to balance detection accuracy with inference speed, which introduces a Directional-aware Detail-preserving Downsampling (DirDown) module to capture structural priors, coupled with an Adaptive Feature Recalibration (AFR) module to enhance faint defect representations.
