Genetic factors in colorectal cancer
Abstract
Data resources for “Mutation architectures define a WNT-MAPK transcriptional landscape in colorectal cancer” (Espinosa et al.). This record contains derived data from the study, including MuVI embeddings and factor loadings, genotype–phenotype map summaries, cohort-wide genomic feature prevalences, group-level transcriptional and H&E summaries, sample-level H&E composition features, and CMS probabilities. The underlying patient-level Caris Life Sciences molecular and clinical data were accessed under a data licensing agreement and cannot be redistributed. A fully synthetic cohort is also provided to enable execution and inspection of the accompanying analysis workflow without access to the licensed data. The synthetic data do not represent real patients and are intended for methodological demonstration only. See the README for detailed file descriptions and the Related identifiers for the accompanying code releases. Access note: Files are temporarily restricted during manuscript review and will be made publicly available upon posting of the associated preprint.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results indicate that software engineering work practices are chosen opportunistically, adapted and configured to provide value under the constrains imposed by the startup context.

It is proved that any global minimizer of the trajectory balance objective can define a policy that samples exactly from the target distribution, and empirically demonstrate the benefits of the trajectories balance objective for GFlowNet convergence, diversity of generated samples, and robustness to long action sequenc...
