Abstract

Analysis source snapshot supporting "Paired transcriptomic analysis of sensory neuron programs after peripheral nerve injury in mice". Includes 51 analysis scripts, dependency restoration information, input-reference inventories, and a checksum manifest. Original public datasets must be obtained from GEO and the cited sources; raw datasets, controlled human data, and third-party software archives are not redistributed. This is not a turnkey end-to-end reproduction. The README documents validation limits and historical execution gaps; packaging checks do not establish new scientific validation. Funding: National Natural Science Foundation of China (82105041).

Trajectory Balance: Improved Credit Assignment in GFlowNets

It is proved that any global minimizer of the trajectory balance objective can define a policy that samples exactly from the target distribution, and empirically demonstrate the benefits of the trajectories balance objective for GFlowNet convergence, diversity of generated samples, and robustness to long action sequenc...
