Abstract
In the past decade, there has been a growing use of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions that enable business professionals to query, comprehend, and analyse their data to enhance decision-making. Traditionally, Business Intelligence (BI) applications enable management and decision-makers to obtain valuable insights regarding organisational performance and issues through various technologies, including data warehousing, data mining, business performance management, and periodic business reports. Investigations in these domains have yielded comprehensive solutions, techniques, and procedures, alongside a range of commercial goods derived from these findings. To this end, this study adopted a rough-fuzzy Dematel-based Analytic Network Process to bridge the gap between business intelligence and organisational performance. The results reveal that the scope of business intelligence systems utilisation is the most critical indicator in terms of business maturity in contrary value for money is the most significant determinant when it comes to the organisational performance.
