Abstract

The El-Rakhawi Comprehensive Biological AI (ECB-AI) Framework revolutionizes medical research by transcending fragmented, correlational models. It introduces a Unified Multi-Omic Foundation Model mapping genomics, proteomics, and clinical data into a topologically protected Riemannian manifold. Its core innovation, the Causal Biological Dynamics Engine, utilizes Neural ODEs to model disease as continuous trajectories, enabling accurate counterfactual therapeutic simulations. Coupled with an In-Silico Personalized Therapeutic Optimizer, it evaluates treatments on patient-specific digital twins to steer disease states toward health. To overcome data silos, it employs Privacy-Preserving Federated Biological Learning with homomorphic encryption, ensuring global collaboration without compromising patient privacy. Performance is quantified by the El-Rakhawi Biological Predictive Fidelity Metric (EBPFM), yielding bits per Joule to link causal predictive power directly to thermodynamic efficiency. ECB-AI accelerates personalized drug discovery for intractable diseases while upholding strict ethical and privacy standards.
