CAFA: Coverage-Adaptive Contribution-Aware Federated Aggregation for ECG Classification (code and reproducibility bundle)

Oct 2026 · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research)
ECG Monitoring and Analysis

Abstract

Source code, experiment configurations, and a slim per-seed results bundle that reproduce every table and figure in the paper 'Coverage-Adaptive Contribution-Aware Federated Aggregation for ECG Classification under Heterogeneous Label Quality' (Biomedical Signal Processing and Control). CAFA is an aggregation-only federated-learning method for partial-label, quality-heterogeneous multi-endpoint ECG classification on PTB-XL. The archive does not redistribute PTB-XL itself; see data/README.md for download instructions.
