Abstract
The article presents the results of a three-year study of the efficacy of the new seed treatment products Rondash, ME (azoxystrobin, 40 g/L + metalaxyl, 40 g/L + fludioxonil, 25 g/L) and Byside, SC (prothioconazole, 40 g/L + fludioxonil, 30 g/L + azoxystrobin, 15 g/L), compared with a reference product containing azoxystrobin (322 g/L) and mefenoxam (124 g/L), for potato seed treatment in the Moscow Region. The studies were conducted in 2023-2025 under in vitro conditions and in field trials using the Sadon cultivar. Rhizoctonia disease development and incidence, yield, and tuber size distribution were evaluated. The results obtained confirm the potential of Rondash, ME and Byside, SC as effective crop protection products for controlling Rhizoctonia disease in potato.
