This dataset is a collection of hourly climate data from a network of six climate stations installed across the range of the Haleakala silversword (Argyroxiphium sandwicense macrocephalum), in the subalpine shrubland ecosystem of Haleakala National Park, Maui, Hawaii. The stations are Lava Lake, Puu Nole, Puu o Pele, Silversword Loop, Sliding Sands, and South Rim. At each station, measurements include rainfall, leaf wetness, air temperature, relative humidity, soil temperature, soil moisture (in exposed bare soil and underneath a silversword), and calculated vapor pressure deficit (VPD). Data span July 2010 through July 2016. This collection combines the related station data files into a single metadata record; see the Entity and Attribute section for a description of each station file. These data were released prior to the October 1, 2016 effective date for the USGS's policy dictating the review, approval, and release of scientific data as referenced in 502.8 - Fundamental Science Practices: Review, Approval, and Release of USGS Scientific Data.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

It is proved that any global minimizer of the trajectory balance objective can define a policy that samples exactly from the target distribution, and empirically demonstrate the benefits of the trajectories balance objective for GFlowNet convergence, diversity of generated samples, and robustness to long action sequenc...
