Non-Kinetic Propagation Dynamics: Macroscopic Electromagnetism as a Quantum Excitation Cascade and the Collapse of the Drude Model

Oct 2026 · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research)

Abstract

This paper challenges the classical Drude kinetic model of electron propagation by proposing the Non-Kinetic Propagation framework. In this approach, macroscopic electromagnetism within industrial crystalline lattices, such as electric motor stators, is redefined as a quantum excitation cascade rather than a classical particle collision process. By utilizing Hamiltonian matrices and the transfer integral, we demonstrate that structural anomalies—traditionally interpreted as localized Joule heating or mechanical vibration—are macroscopic manifestations of wave function collapse and localized phononic emission. This theoretical foundation bridges advanced solid-state physics with industrial predictive maintenance, proving mathematically that spectral harmonic distortions and sidebands in external magnetic flux are direct signatures of subatomic lattice decoherence. The findings validate the use of edge-computing magnetic diagnostics for the precise thermodynamic and structural auditing of rotating machinery.

The impact of agile practices on communication in software development

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.
