Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Data Penyaluran Bantuan Sosial Berbasis Web di Desa Bondo Boghila
Abstract
This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for managing social assistance distribution data in Bondo Boghila Village. The study was motivated by the conventional management of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) recipient data, which involved field data collection, manual recording, recapitulation, and archiving. These processes made data retrieval, updating, and reporting less efficient because the data were not stored in a centralized database. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied, with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. System development employed the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Unified Modeling Language (UML) was used to model the system, while Black Box Testing was applied to evaluate the functionality of the developed application. The resulting system integrates population data, social assistance recipient data, users, parameters, complaints, search functions, data updates, and assistance-data printing within a centralized web-based system. Testing covered nine main functions, namely login, dashboard, population data, user data, parameter data, recipient data, complaint data, assistance printing, and logout, and all test scenarios were recorded as successful. The system therefore provides a structured digital facility to support administrative management of PKH recipient data in Bondo Boghila Village.
