Abstract

The article analyzes approaches to creating venture investment management mechanisms at enterprises and proposes a solution for designing a mechanism that meets modern challenges and the requirements of the national strategy for scientific and technological development. It examines the role of breakthrough thinking and agile methodologies in creating a sustainable innovation ecosystem. The proposed management mechanism, combining strategic planning, adaptability, and innovative thinking, allows for the targeted modeling and initiation of approaches that ensure the required level of venture investment for the successful implementation of an enterprise's scientific and technological development projects.
