A new set of jet-medium transport coefficients stemming from jet-medium exchanges involving Glauber quarks encoded in $\hat{\mathcal{F}}_i$ [Phys. Rev. C 111, 054913 (2025), Phys. Rev. C 113, 055207] are obtained by computing the tree-level leading-order $2\to2$ scattering rates and their moments using the approach developed in Refs. [arxiv 2608.17160, arxiv 2608.17161]. Sizeable deviations away from the leading logarithmic dependence of jet-medium transport coefficients and scattering rate are observed here, as previously mentioned in Refs.[arxiv 2608.17160, arxiv 2608.17161]. A closed-form expression for $\hat{\mathcal{F}}_i$ accurate to $\lesssim 10$\% or better is obtained, enabling our approach to be used within Monte Carlo simulations of jet-medium interactions. Monte Carlo simulations incorporating $\hat{\mathcal{F}}_i$ are sensitive to flavor hydrodynamization dynamics as the medium created in nucleus-nucleus collisions transitions from the early-time Glasma dynamics to the quark-gluon plasma fluid.
We evaluate the transport coefficients, namely the shear viscosity $\eta$ and the spatial diffusion coefficient of heavy quarks $D_s$, within a Quasi-Particle Model (QPM). In particular, for the first time this has been done by exploiting novel lQCD data at $N_f=3+1$. In such a framework, in which the gluons are massiv...
We apply the gradient-flow framework to determine the nonperturbative medium contribution to the jet transport coefficient $\hat q$ using quenched lattice QCD in the temperature range $0.76T_c \leq T \leq 2.25T_c$. The calculation focuses on the leading-twist contribution at leading order for an asymptotically energeti...
The axion-photon coupling, crucial for experimental axion searches and tests of the strong CP solution, receives a substantial model-independent contribution $\mathcal C_{\rm QCD}$ from QCD dynamics. Next-to-leading-order chiral perturbation theory (NLO ChPT) in different frameworks has yielded puzzling discrepancies o...

We present a non-perturbative Ward-identity prescription for determining the flowed quark field renormalization factor $Z_\chi$, avoiding the computational difficulties of the conventional ringed prescription. The method is based on vector-current normalization and ratios of flowed and unflowed meson two-point function...

We compute the energy-energy correlator in a state created by a heavy canonical operator of scaling dimension $\Delta_H$ in $\mathcal{N}=4$ $SU(N)$ SYM, at fixed $N$ and arbitrary values of the large charge't Hooft coupling $\lambda \sim \Delta_H g_{\rm YM}^2$. The state created by the canonical operator triggers spont...

We present a microscopic femtoscopic investigation of the space-time emission source in low-multiplicity (80--90\% centrality) $\text{Pb}-\text{Pb}$ collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}} = 5.02~\text{TeV}$, using a hybrid transport framework coupling SMASH initial conditions, 3+1D viscous hydrodynamics (vHLLE), and a SMASH hadr...
