Abstract

It is my great pleasure to welcome our readers to Volume 5 of Shanti Journal: A Multidisciplinary Journal, an annual scholarly publication of the Research Management Cell (RMC), Bishwa Shanti Chiran Milan Campus, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal. Since its establishment, Shanti Journal has sought to provide a meaningful academic platform for researchers, scholars, teachers, and practitioners to share knowledge, critical perspectives, and research findings across diverse fields of inquiry.
