Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has fundamentally transformed educational systems worldwide, creating unprecedented opportunities and challenges for educational leaders. Digital transformation extends beyond the adoption of technological tools and involves comprehensive organizational, pedagogical, and cultural changes that reshape teaching, learning, and administration.
