Analisis Indikator Sumber Daya Alam untuk Pembangunan Desa Berkelanjutan di Kasepuhan Cibarani Kabupaten Lebak, Banten
Abstract
Sustainable village development requires measurable, context-specific, and locally grounded natural resource management. Indigenous communities play an important role in maintaining environmental sustainability through value systems, local knowledge, and traditional institutions. This study aims to analyze natural resource indicators in supporting sustainable village development in Kasepuhan Cibarani, Cibarani Village, Cirinten District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province, Indonesia. The analysis covers five indicators: natural potential and local cultural tourism, the availability and quality of water resources, customary forests and biodiversity, sustainable land management, and mining and renewable energy. The study employed a mixed methods approach using a Sequential Exploratory Design. The qualitative stage involved participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to identify indicators based on local wisdom, while the quantitative stage was conducted to examine the relationships and effects among variables through validity and reliability tests, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that natural resource indicators simultaneously have a significant effect on sustainable village development. Partially, all indicators have a positive and significant effect. These findings highlight the importance of integrating natural resource management, customary institutions, and local wisdom as a foundation for sustainable village development planning based on regional potential.
