Abstract
The emergence and development of the internet have exerted an increasingly significant impact on human society. In today's digital era, adolescents are often referred to as the "net generation," and the internet has profoundly influenced them. Given the less-than-optimistic status of adolescents' internet usage, this study adopts methods such as physical health measurements and questionnaire surveys, with Xinjiang adolescents as the research subjects. It aims to identify the causes of adolescent internet addiction and analyze its harmful effects on their physical health. Furthermore, by adapting to the circumstances and providing appropriate guidance, the study proposes establishing a trinity education system involving families, schools, and society to prevent and control adolescent internet addiction.
