Abstract

The direct coupling of probabilistic Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision-Language Models (VLMs), and putative Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) reasoning cores to continuous-time physical actuators introduces existential failure modes across safety-critical Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), ranging from non-cooperative orbital debris Active Thermal and Trajectory Control Systems (ATCS) to autonomous domestic robotics and smart kitchen infrastructures. Because autoregressive foundation models operate via stochastic sampling over discrete symbolic latent spaces, out-of-distribution (OOD) hallucinations and epistemic variance translate into unrecoverable physical hazards, including kinetic collisions, structural gear fatigue, and thermal runaway. This monograph establishes a unified Master Architecture integrating information theory, nonlinear control theory, solid-state quantum thermodynamics, post-quantum cryptography, and international statutory law across four core pillars: (1) Physical-Layer Deterministic Safety via a hierarchical Human-in-Command (HIC / RTO P2.0) control decomposition that projects stochastic AI proposals through Edge-FPGA High-Order Control Barrier Function Quadratic Programs (HOCBF-QP) under a strict Hardware-in-the-Loop Optimization (HITLO) deadline of < 12.5 ms, reinforced by a discontinuous Step-Function Penalty (\Psi = \infty) that enforces immediate command rejection when secondary structural/approximation risks exceed critical bounds (f_3 > 0.05); (2) Quantum-Era Data Sovereignty combining Multi-path Delay Commutator (MDC) pipelined Incomplete Number Theoretic Transform (NTT) and Residue Number System (RNS) side-channel-immunized ML-KEM-768 engines, an Asymmetric Physical-Logical Gateway (PHOENIX_BRIDGE/PHOENIX_ROUTER) that topologically blocks malicious backpropagation weight extraction, and a Quantum Audit Record (QAR) anchored in a Hardware Root of Trust (HROT) and QFS-zkVM over the 64-bit Goldilocks prime field F_p (p = 2^64 - 2^32 + 1); (3) Subtractive 300 K Infrastructure overcoming the hyperscale data-center Free Cash Flow (FCF) Dead Cross via room-temperature Topological Insulator Spin-Orbit Torque (TI-SOT) spin-momentum locking circuits and organic exciton Dicke-model Quantum Batteries exhibiting \sqrt{N} superabsorption charging; and (4) Absolute Intellectual Property Defense uniting QAR-notarized Prior Inventions, Uniform Trade Secrets Act (UTSA) physical secrecy, and Outer Space Treaty Article VIII cryptographic watermarking traps with SEC Rule 15c3-5 and Delaware Caremark fiduciary compliance
