2026 · BULLETIN OF CHECHEN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY Series 1. Humane and Social Sciences · 0 citations

Abstract

The relevance of the study is determined by the transformation of the technological education system in the context of digitalisation and the demand from employers for the development of universal competencies among graduates. The aim of the article is to develop a methodology for the formation and development of soft skills in students in the system of technological education. The leading methods included theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign scientific literature, systematisation, modelling, and generalisation of pedagogical experience. The article reveals the essence of the concept of "soft skills" in relation to technological education, identifies a system of methodological approaches (systemic, competence-based, personality-activity, technological), develops a methodology model including conceptual, content, procedural and evaluative blocks, and defines organisational and pedagogical conditions for implementation. The proposed methodology represents an integral system for the formation of soft skills in students of the technological profile, the practical significance of which lies in its applicability to improving the educational process in institutions of technological orientation.
