Параметры термоэлектрического однофотонного датчика при различной длительности сигнала
Abstract
Using computer simulation, we studied heat propagation in a four-layer thermoelectric sensor after absorbing single photons with an energy of 0.8 eV. The sensor consists of a multilayer structure including a dielectric absorber, a molybdenum reflector that also serves as an electrical contact, a low-temperature thermoelectric element made of lanthanum-cerium hexaboride, and a molybdenum heat sink—a second electrical contact.
