Abstract

The article examines the modern stages of construction management, the authors identify the main criteria for improving efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of construction. The conclusions and recommendations for improving the level of organizational and economic management of construction using modern technologies are presented. The conclusion is formulated that when using specialized mechanisms, apparatuses and machines for mechanization, automation and robotization of individual stages and phases of construction production, as well as taking into account various circumstances in which construction can be carried out in cramped conditions, it will allow to adjust the processes of construction production, optimize individual stages and phases of the project without the cost of additional surveys. and expertise, it is also important to apply digital technologies for calendar and resource planning, load distribution, and resource groups., cash flow management, optimization measures for individual stages and processes at different stages of construction activities will improve the efficiency of construction activities, which will contribute to the prerequisites for development and increased effectiveness of organizational activities..
