Abstract

The article examines the effectiveness of digital technologies in employee management from theoretical and practical perspectives. The relevance of the study is determined by the transition of organizations toward more agile, data-driven and responsive human resource management models. The study applies systematic literature review, comparative analysis, content analysis and synthesis. The findings indicate that HR information systems, people analytics, digital recruitment, digital performance management, online learning and artificial intelligence tools can improve the speed and accuracy of HR processes and the quality of managerial decisions. At the same time, insufficient digital skills, data privacy risks, algorithmic bias and resistance to change may reduce the expected benefits. The author proposes an integrated set of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of digital employee management.
