Projeto ALPHA: Desafios e Soluções na Preparação de Alunos para Atividades Extensionistas.

Abstract

: The Algorithms and Programming Logic with Arduino Project is a teaching and extension initiative linked to the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC), whose scope encompasses both the dissemination of technical knowledge and the development of formative competencies among its participants. Among its main structuring axes, internal training activities for extension members stand out, aiming at improving didactic skills, enhancing communication flexibility, and fostering a more critical, ethical, and socially responsible academic formation. In this context, this paper aims to present an overview of the project, including its historical development, its educational principles, its organizational structure, and the methodologies adopted for the continuous training and qualification of its members.
