Abstract
THE EL-RAKHAWI OMNI-SCALE COGNITIVE-QUANTUM INFRASTRUCTURE MATRIX (OCQIM) by Dr. M.K.A. El-Rakhawi (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23570024) presents a revolutionary unified architecture transcending classical digital infrastructure through five synergistic pillars. **Core Innovations:**1. **Topological Quantum Entanglement Routing (TQER)**: Rare-earth-ion-doped crystal quantum memory (Eu³⁺:Y₂SiO₅) with >6-hour coherence, integrated with Bell State Measurements and topological quantum error correction codes (surface codes) for fault-tolerant entanglement over 1000+ km without violating the no-cloning theorem. 2. **Neuro-Semantic Protocol Translation (NSPT)**: Non-invasive MEG/fMRI neural capture with GNN-based semantic vector encoding, quantum-secured transport via TQER, and FUS neuromodulation with closed-loop personalized neurofeedback for cross-subject semantic alignment. 3. **In-Vivo CRISPR-Cas Data Anchoring (ICDA)**: Reed-Solomon error-corrected DNA encoding anchored via dCas9-methyltransferase fusion at genomic safe harbors, retrieved via RPA amplification with non-destructive optical readout or ex-vivo nanopore sequencing. 4. **Topologically Reconfigurable Metamaterial Networks (TRMN)**: EGaIn liquid metal microchannels with autonomous self-healing and formally verified evolutionary routing using SMT-based bounded model checking. 5. **Asynchronous Federated Swarm Orchestration (AFSO)**: DAG-based distributed ledgers with predictive task partitioning achieving perceived zero-latency across 10⁸+ edge devices. IP protection excludes natural phenomena per Alice/Myriad/Mayo precedents, safeguarding only concrete hardware-software-bio co-designs.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results indicate that software engineering work practices are chosen opportunistically, adapted and configured to provide value under the constrains imposed by the startup context.

The perception of the impact of agile methods is predominantly positive, and several challenge areas were discovered, but based on this study, agile methods are here to stay.

For decades, a fundamental question about the difficulty of computing in high-dimensional spaces has resisted proof. New research resolves this question, removing a major theoretical obstacle to understanding the efficiency of randomized algorithms used across science and computing. The Kannan–Lovász–Simonovits (KLS) conjecture was proposed in 1995. It asks whether, for a broad class of high-dimensional […] The post Solving a 31-year-old grand challenge in mathematics – the KLS conjecture appear…

Zero-knowledge proofs can verify computing results without rerunning workloads or exposing sensitive data. Magnetar helps bring them into the mainstream with support for standard programming languages, major speed gains, and quantum-resistant security. The post Proof-based general-purpose computing with Magnetar appeared first on Microsoft Research.
