This cohort study examines time to next treatment and overall survival associated with initiation of lutetium Lu 177 vipivotide tetraxetan (Lu-177) prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) among US patients with metastatic androgen pathway modulator–resistant prostate cancer.
