Relación entre las técnicas de aprendizaje y el rendimiento académico en estudiantes del programa de Explotación Minera del Instituto Público Oyón, Lima, 2025

Abstract

The present research aimed to determine the influence of learning techniques on the academic performance of students in the Mining Exploitation program at the Public Higher Technological Institute of Oyón (IESTP Oyón), Lima, 2025. The study followed a quantitative approach, of a basic type, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. The effective sample consisted of  students enrolled during that academic period. To collect data for the first variable, a survey technique was applied using a structured questionnaire, while official academic records were analyzed for the second variable. The results demonstrated a significant and direct influence between both variables ( ), showing that a better command of study strategies optimizes educational success. It is concluded that it is essential for the institution to strengthen these learning methods to elevate the academic level and completion rates of future technical mining professionals.
