Wavefront shaping for cell manipulation
Abstract
In this presentation, I will first introduce a holographic module developed for cellular stimulation and imaging in a commercial two-photon microscope, followed by its application to simultaneous multiplane imaging. I will then present our ongoing work on multimode-fiber-based imaging and optical manipulation for accessing deeper biological regions.
