Abstract

As the first offshore oil and gas storage facility in China, the surface engineering construction of N gas storage faces multiple technical challenges such as complex marine environment, special process flow, and high safety standards. This article systematically elaborates on the key technological breakthroughs of the gas storage facility in the field of ground engineering, with a focus on introducing core technologies such as the “sea land collaboration” layout mode, multi pressure stage system design, five stage separation process system, intelligent antifreeze system, and polymorphic dew point control. By adopting four flow tube heat exchange technology and optimizing the ethylene glycol regeneration system, efficient energy utilization has been achieved; By establishing a full lifecycle pipeline integrity management system and modular construction model, the quality and safety reliability of the project have been ensured. The research results provide a reference engineering technology example for the construction of gas storage facilities under complex geological conditions in China, which is of great significance for promoting the standardization and intelligent construction of natural gas storage facilities.
