Abstract
This repository contains the reproduction package (version 1.0.0) accompanying the manuscript "Checking Kazakh–Russian Criminal Legislation: Explicit Rules, Cross-Lingual Similarity and a Blinded Expert Review", prepared for Computers (MDPI). The package provides the source code, derived data, experimental configurations, expert-review materials and results necessary to reproduce the computational analyses presented in the manuscript and its Supplementary Materials. The study examines cross-lingual consistency between the Kazakh and Russian versions of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan using multilingual sentence encoders, explicit consistency rules, metamorphic testing, historical version comparisons and a blinded expert review of 192 units. The repository includes the frozen analysis configuration, automated tests, official legal texts with retrieval records and SHA-256 hashes, the outputs of pretrained multilingual models, anonymized expert responses, supplementary evaluation materials and the results of the reported experiments. The complete computational pipeline can be reproduced using bash reproduce.sh in approximately 20 minutes on two CPU cores, without GPU resources or network access. Software is provided under the MIT License. Derived data, expert-review materials and research results are provided under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Official legislative texts retain their original legal status. This research was funded by the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan under program-targeted funding IRN BR24993217.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

It is proved that any global minimizer of the trajectory balance objective can define a policy that samples exactly from the target distribution, and empirically demonstrate the benefits of the trajectories balance objective for GFlowNet convergence, diversity of generated samples, and robustness to long action sequenc...
