Abstract
This repository provides the research data and computational code supporting the manuscript “A Reproducible Audit of the Amendment Record of Kazakhstan’s Criminal Code, 2015–2026: Provenance, Execution and Terminological Substitutions”. The package includes Python analysis scripts, source manifests and SHA-256 checksums, frozen research protocols, derived datasets, statistical results, validation reports, figures, and an independent post hoc expert-assessment workbook. The study examines the amendment record and terminological substitutions in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan using official legal information from the Adilet system. The README provides instructions, documentation of the computational workflow, data provenance, and known limitations. Funding: Committee of Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, grant BR24993217.

It is proved that any global minimizer of the trajectory balance objective can define a policy that samples exactly from the target distribution, and empirically demonstrate the benefits of the trajectories balance objective for GFlowNet convergence, diversity of generated samples, and robustness to long action sequenc...
