Abstract
This reproducibility package supports the manuscript “Linking Cross-Mission Radiation-Environment Dissimilarity to Liver Molecular-Response Dissimilarity in NASA Rodent Research.” The package contains derived and analysis-ready data, mission-level radiation and biological-response descriptors, distance matrices, statistical outputs, robustness and sensitivity analyses, tables, figures, provenance documentation, and file-level SHA-256 checksums supporting the reported cross-mission analysis. The study integrates liver transcriptomic responses from six NASA Rodent Research missions (RR-1, RR-3, RR-6, RR-8, RR-9, and RR-23) with mission-associated environmental radiation information from the NASA Open Science Data Repository (OSDR) Environmental Data Application. Biological responses were summarized across four pre-specified Mouse MSigDB Hallmark pathways: DNA repair, reactive oxygen species pathway, oxidative phosphorylation, and fatty acid metabolism. The primary analysis evaluates whether pairwise differences in measured mission radiation environments correspond to pairwise differences in within-mission Flight–Ground liver molecular responses. Statistical inference uses an exact mission-label permutation test of distance-matrix correspondence across six independent missions (6! = 720 permutations). Third-party raw/source files from NASA OSDR/EDA and Mouse MSigDB are intentionally not redistributed in this archive. The package instead provides derived materials and documentation required to inspect the reported analyses. Users wishing to reconstruct the workflow from the original source resources should obtain those data directly from their official repositories and follow the applicable provenance, attribution, and licensing requirements. The radiation measurements used in this study characterize the mission-associated ISS radiation environment and should not be interpreted as animal-specific or liver-specific absorbed doses. The scientific analysis was frozen before preparation of this public archive; creation of the reproducibility package did not alter the reported analyses or numerical results.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

It is proved that any global minimizer of the trajectory balance objective can define a policy that samples exactly from the target distribution, and empirically demonstrate the benefits of the trajectories balance objective for GFlowNet convergence, diversity of generated samples, and robustness to long action sequenc...
