Abstract
Statistics for Management: Concepts, Methods and Business Applications by Bilal Ahmadand Dr. M. Yameen Danish is a practical textbook designed to bridge the gap betweenabstract mathematical theory and real-world organizational decision-making. It serves as aself-contained foundational resource for undergraduate students in businessadministration, commerce, and management sciences, as well as postgraduates andworking professionals seeking to master quantitative tools. Rather than focusing solely on the mechanics of computation, the text emphasizes the "why"of statistical reasoning, utilizing accessible, teacherly language to apply mathematical rigorto practical business scenarios such as supply chain optimization and market volatility. Organized into nine comprehensive chapters, the book systematically covers: The scope of statistics, variable types, data classification, tabulation, and graphicalpresentation. Measures of central tendency, dispersion, moments, skewness, and kurtosis. The construction and business application of index numbers. Simple linear regression and simple linear correlation analysis. The foundations of statistical inference through one-sample and two-sample tests ofhypothesis.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

It is proved that any global minimizer of the trajectory balance objective can define a policy that samples exactly from the target distribution, and empirically demonstrate the benefits of the trajectories balance objective for GFlowNet convergence, diversity of generated samples, and robustness to long action sequenc...
