Abstract

This article analyzes the targeted development of an attractive, coherent, and recognizable image of national culture as a national strategic objective, taking into account the increasing complexity of the image-building process itself amid growing recognition of the role of "soft power," which is based on cultural values, political ideals, and a country's foreign policy. Investments in a state's cultural image are direct investments in strengthening cross-border influence and national security through non-violent means. Creative technologies, in this context, are presented as a method focused on the functionality and collective construction of a cultural image through the joint participation of authors, audiences, and platforms (co-creation). The article demonstrates how contemporary cultural industries (design, architecture, performance) integrate them into branding, turning them into content for the information space. In a complex, competitive environment, focusing solely on creating a positive cultural image is insufficient; it is necessary to promote it, independently define one's cultural identity, and flexibly construct it, protecting the desired image. Therefore, the aim of this article is to analyze the technologies and channels for shaping national cultural images to identify their potential and risks in the context of cultural security in the Caspian region.
