Abstract

The textbook reveals the definition and functions of analytics, the concepts of analytical situation, analytical cycle and analytical superstructure, explains the relationship between the main types of analytical activities — information retrieval and processing, data extraction, situation diagnosis, problematization, objective and subjective analysis, design, forecasting, etc. The understanding of artificial intelligence is presented and the forms of its application in science, education and practice of a lawyer are shown. The author of the textbook assumes that natural and artificial intelligence should be in the process of joint development (co-development). The textbook is part of the scientific and educational complex, which also includes publications: "Legal analytics and artificial intelligence.
