Review of the Genus Dolophrades Bates, 1884 (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae: Lamiinae: Morimopsini), with Description of a New Species from China

Abstract

Simple Summary Dolophrades Bates, 1884 is a small genus of Asian longhorn beetles whose species boundaries have remained unclear because several taxa were historically confused or treated as the same species. By examining specimens, photographs of type material, and original descriptions, we reassessed the taxonomy of the genus and clarified the identities of several previously confused taxa. We also describe a new species from Tianmushan National Nature Reserve, Zhejiang Province, China. Six species are recognized in Dolophrades, and updated illustrations, an identification key, and a distribution map are provided.
