TL;DR

A step-by-step video of the adnexal detorsion followed by ovarian cystectomy by the vNOTES approach is proposed.

Abstract

Adnexal torsion is a surgical emergency usually treated by laparoscopy. The transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (vNOTES) may be a relevant minimally invasive alternative to laparoscopy. We propose a step-by-step video of the adnexal detorsion followed by ovarian cystectomy by the vNOTES approach.
