The results showed that the implementation of EMR at Sipatana Public Health Center provided several benefits, such as improving efficiency in recording, accelerating patient information access, and supporting reporting processes, however, challenges were identified, including limited human resources, unstable internet connectivity, and insufficient infrastructure.
