Abstract

This repository contains numerical evaluation results and analysis code supporting the study “HireIQ: An Explainable Generative-AI Recruitment Portal for Resume Screening, Candidate Summarization and Interview-Question Generation”.The evaluation comprises 100 recorded assessments across five ResumeAtlas categories: Python Developer, Java Developer, Data Science, SAP Developer and Testing. The primary analysis includes 99 resume records; one job-advertisement input is retained as a non-resume control. The package includes record-level scores, processing times, output-schema validation results, aggregate statistics, analysis code, sampling code, the assessment prompt and configuration details.Raw and cleaned resume texts and generated narrative responses are excluded because of privacy and redistribution considerations. The included materials support reproduction of the reported numerical summaries, rather than a complete rerun of the model assessments.Source dataset: https://huggingface.co/datasets/ahmedheakl/resume-atlas
