Abstract

The article examines the transformation of approaches to ensuring the investment attractiveness of innovation-oriented enterprises under the influence of digitalisation. The methodological framework of the study comprises theoretical generalisation, comparative and structural-logical analysis, as well as conceptual synthesis. It is substantiated that conventional assessment based primarily on financial and economic indicators and periodic reporting remains necessary, yet is insufficient for enterprises whose future value largely depends on innovation projects, technological competencies, digital capabilities, and the ability to preserve them under external shocks. The transformation of investment attractiveness factors is systematised, and the growing importance of innovation and digital potential as well as resilience to risks is demonstrated. The logic of the development of information and analytical support is identified, ranging from periodic financial and management reporting through corporate information systems and integrated data to operational monitoring, predictive analytics, and the application of digital twins. The expediency of differentiated-frequency and event-driven updating of indicators in accordance with the pace of their economically significant changes is substantiated. The contemporary architectonics of ensuring investment attractiveness is generalised as the interrelationship between economic performance, innovation and digital potential, and resilience to risks, while information transparency, timeliness, integration, and data traceability constitute their cross-cutting information foundation. It is shown that digital transformation creates the prerequisites for a shift from a discrete assessment of investment attractiveness "as of a specific date" to a dynamic information profile. For Ukrainian enterprises, this approach is particularly relevant due to the need to account for operational, energy, logistics, human-resource, and digital resilience under conditions of wartime uncertainty. Further research should focus on the empirical testing of the proposed architectonics using data from innovation-oriented enterprises.
