INTERNALISASI PROPETIC INTEGRITY SEBAGAI DASAR PEMBENTUKAN GENERASI BERAKHLAK MULIA DAN BERINTEGRITAS DI ERA DIGITAL
Abstract
The currents of globalization and technological disruption in the digital era bring a dual impact: ease of access to information alongside the threat of moral degradation among the youth. This study aims to elaborate on the concept of "prophetic integrity" and formulate mechanisms for its internalization, serving as a spiritual and ethical foundation for shaping a generation of noble character amidst the challenges of the cyber world. The contemporary crisis of adolescent morality—marked by rampant academic dishonesty and bullying—indicates a fragility in character pillars resulting from educational models that overly prioritize intellectual-cognitive aspects (Azra, 2021). This research seeks to deeply analyze the urgency, value structure, and internalization effectiveness of prophetic integrity values as a robust foundation for molding a millennial generation characterized by noble morals and high integrity. A qualitative research method was employed, utilizing a library research design with conceptual-philosophical and Islamic-pedagogical approaches (Sugiyono, 2022). Data collection involved digital literature searches across reputable databases, followed by analysis using content analysis and hermeneutic techniques. The findings reveal that prophetic integrity represents a harmonious integration of the four primary attributes of the Prophet (siddiq, amanah, tabligh, fathonah), driven by spiritual awareness (muraqabah) (Muqowim, 2022). The internalization mechanism must traverse three transformative psychological stages: value transformation, value transaction (Lickona, 2019), and trans-internalization. Regular practice of these values proves effective in cultivating an "automatic character" that balances intellectual intelligence with moral nobility. In conclusion, the internalization of prophetic integrity serves as a strategic instrument capable of harmonizing secular moral accountability with theological responsibility, thereby fostering a future generation possessed of holistic integrity.
