Abstract
Simple Summary In patients with advanced lung cancer harboring targetable gene mutations, sequential immunotherapy-targeted therapy was associated with higher rate of adverse events. A short delay between last immunotherapy administration and targeted therapy administration may increase the risk of serious adverse events. This increased toxicity appears to compromise the effectiveness of the targeted treatment.
