THE ROLE OF TEACHING PRACTICE IN THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE TEACHERS
Abstract
The relevance of the study is due to modern transformations in the education system of Ukraine, the need to train highly qualified pedagogical personnel and increasing requirements for the professional competence of future teachers. In the context of educational reform, the implementation of the concept of the "New Ukrainian School" and the integration of the Ukrainian educational system into the European educational space, pedagogical practice acquires special importance as an important stage of professional training of students of pedagogical specialties. It is during pedagogical practice that theoretical knowledge is combined with practical activity, the formation of professional skills, pedagogical skills, creative thinking and the ability to adapt to modern challenges of the educational environment takes place. The problem becomes especially relevant in conditions of martial law, when the educational process requires new approaches, the use of distance technologies and digital learning tools. All this determines the need to study pedagogical practice as a key stage of training future teachers and find ways to improve its organization in accordance with modern educational needs.The purpose of the study is to determine the role of pedagogical practice in the process of professional training of future teachers, analyze its impact on the formation of students' pedagogical competencies, as well as study modern approaches to the organization of pedagogical practice in the conditions of transformation of the educational process and martial law.The research methods include analysis and generalization of scientific and pedagogical literature on the problem of pedagogical practice, comparison of modern approaches to the organization of practical training of future teachers, systematization of theoretical provisions on the formation of professional competencies of teachers, as well as a descriptive method to highlight the features of pedagogical practice in modern conditions, in particular in conditions of martial law and distance learning.Conclusion. The study substantiates that pedagogical practice is one of the most important stages of professional training of future teachers, since it provides a combination of theoretical knowledge with practical activities, contributes to the formation of professional competencies, the development of pedagogical skills, creative thinking, the ability to apply modern educational technologies and adapt to changes in the educational environment. The study showed that under martial law and the development of distance learning, pedagogical practice has undergone significant transformations, which necessitated the use of digital platforms, interactive methods, and new forms of organizing the educational process. It was established that the effectiveness of pedagogical practice depends on a combination of theoretical training, practical experience, innovative approaches, and the readiness of future teachers for continuous professional self-development.
