Let $1 \leq q \le 2$ and denote by $2 \leq q'$ its corresponding conjugate exponent. We prove the continuity of solutions $u \in W^{1,(\frac{n}{n-1},q')}(B^n, \mathbb{R}^m)$ to the critical elliptic system $-\Delta u = \Omega \cdot \nabla u$ in dimension $n \ge 3$, where the potential $\Omega \in L^{(n,q)}(B^n, \mathfrak{so}(m) \otimes \wedge^1)$ is antisymmetric. First, we construct $P \in W^{1,(n,q)}(B^n, \mathrm{SO}(m))$ such that the PDE can be rewritten as $-\operatorname{div}(P^{-1}du) = \ast d\xi \cdot P^{-1}du$, which is nearly a Jacobian structure up to the rotation $P$. Second, we provide a Rivi\`ere's $\mathrm{GL}(m)$-Gauge in order to establish a"full"$(A,B)$-conservation law, i.e. $-\operatorname{div}(Adu)=d^\ast B \cdot du$. We show that the assumption on $\Omega \in L^{(n,q)} (B^n, \mathfrak{so}(m) \otimes \wedge^1) $ for $q\leq 2$ is optimal.
We prove that for every even integer $N\geq 4$ or $N\in\{3,5,7\}$, every axially symmetric solution to the $Q$-curvature-type problem $$ \alpha P_N u + (N-1)!(1-\frac{e^{Nu}}{\int_{\mathbb{S}^N} e^{Nu}dw})=0 \ \ \ \ \ \mbox{on} \ \mathbb{S}^N $$ is constant, provided that $ \alpha\ge\frac{1}{2}$ and $\alpha \not =1$. Let $n>2$. We construct a map $U\in W^{1,n}(B^n,\mathbb{R}^{n+2})$ that is discontinuous at the origin and smooth on the punctured ball $B^n \setminus \{0\}$, together with an antisymmetric potential $\Omega\in L^n(B^n,so(n+2)\otimes\mathbb{R}^n)$ such that $-\mathrm{Div}(|\nabla U|^{n-2}\nabla U)=\Omega\cdot |\nabla U...
We study formal deformations of the natural $\osp(n|2)$-action, $n\geq 3$, on the superspace $\Sc^n_d=\bigoplus_{k\geq 0}\Fc^n_{d-\frac{k}{2}}$ of symbols of linear differential operators on weighted densities over $\R^{1|n}$. Starting from the first cohomology space computed in \cite{10}, we compute the cup-product $\...
Let \[ \xi\!\left(\frac12+z\right) =\sum_{n\geq 0}\frac{\gamma(n)}{n!}z^{2n}, \qquad J^{d,n}(X) =\sum_{j=0}^{d}\binom dj\gamma(n+j)X^j . \] The Riemann hypothesis is equivalent to the hyperbolicity of $J^{d,n}$ for every $d,n\geq0$. We prove that there is an absolute constant $K>0$ such that \[ n^3\log^2(n+2)\geq Kd^5...
A classical theory of Amrouche, Girault and Giroire (1994) resolves the Laplace equation on $\mathbb{R}^n$ through an isomorphism between weighted Sobolev spaces. Inspired by their framework, we develop the corresponding $L^p$ theory for the fractional Laplacian: we introduce weighted fractional Sobolev spaces $\Lambda...
For $k\geq1$, let $M_k=[(z-w)^k]\subset H^2(\mathbb D^2)$. We first determine the banded Toeplitz matrices associated with the homogeneous components of $M_k$, together with explicit formulas for their determinants and the relevant algebraic cofactors. These formulas lead to a complete description of the spectrum of th...
