The review synthesises 197 primary reports on consumer-facing artificial intelligence in food choice, published 2016-2026, retrieved from Scopus, Web of Science, and PubMed, and classified using two original frameworks: the AI Food Choice Architecture (AIFCA) model and the P3D taxonomy (Prediction, Personalization, Persuasion, Delegation).
